Criteria for Evaluating VW Settlement Seeking Compensation for Consumers and Environment

As part of its Make VW Pay campaign and in anticipation of the June 28th deadline for the filing of the Volkswagen emission scandal settlement, MASSPIRG releases six main criteria by which a settlement should be evaluated to compensate consumers and the environment and deter future criminal acts.
